 Long Term-Extended Stay - Rates

We welcome returning or new guests to their home away from home.

From mid-January until the end of March we coordinate social opportunities - Bus tours, attraction visits, luncheons, weekly walks, movie nights in the lobby.

The Admiral Inn reserves the right to change rates and policies without notice. Rates are subject to availability and non commissionable

 Sept 20- Oct 7/10  check out our 'Hot Deals' alert, HRA promo code.  Minimum 2 night stay. $119 or upgrade to $139. Pay in advance; non refundable

Second month stay; rates are reduced by $21 per week or $3 per day.

• These rates are for single or double occupancy and subject to taxes. Additional persons $42.00 per week or $10 per day for stays less than 4 days. 

Services and amenities included;

• Automatic full service weekly.  Twice per week upon request at no extra charge
• Coffee, tea, condiments upon arrival
• Bathroom amenities upon arrival
• Extra toilet paper,kleenex and dish detergent as needed.
• Waste and Recycling pickup; if left outside your door between 9:30-9:45 am only 
• Warm friendly service, message taking, concierge, mail acceptance etc.
• Social activities as noted on bulletin board in lobby
• Wireless internet access in room.

The following schedule of charges apply

• more than twice a week full maid service               $35 per time
• extra towel items exchanged at front desk              $3 per item
• additional vacuum                                                        $3 per time
• In room coffee packets                                                $1 per packet
• extra bathroom amenities                                          $0.65 each item
• passes to neighbouring gym and pool                   $8.50 per pass currently

• Newspaper either from office or delivered.             $1 per week day and $1.75 Fri. Sat. and Sun.

Laundry room facilities available from 8:30 am - 8:30 pm $4 per load.  Includes wash, dry, and detergent.

Deposit Policy for Weekly/Monthly Rate:

To secure your reservation, a deposit of $200.00 for the first week and $100 for every week reserved thereafter to a maximum of $700 is required. For example a 1 week reservation- $200.00 deposit, 2 weeks - $300 deposit, 3 weeks-$400, 6 Weeks-$700.00, 7&8 weeks- $700.00.

Deposit for weekly stays at the daily rate: Effective May 15 - Oct. 15

 $500.00 at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy For Weekly/Monthly/Daily (for 7 days or more) Rate:

• For all reservations of 7 days or more - A cancellation of 45 days or more prior to the arrival date a processing fee of $30 is applied and the balance of the deposit is refunded.
• For Weekly Rate reservations- After the 45 day cut of period, a fee of $200 is applied for the first week and $100 for each subsequent canceled week.
• For 7 or more nights at the daily rate - After the 45 day cut off period the full $500 deposit is forfeited.

The arrival date always refers to the initial arrival day of the initial reservation.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy! We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible without overbooking as is the practice with some institutions. Cancellations cost us lost opportunity and administration costs, which affect all our guests.
