From mid-January until the end of March we coordinate social opportunities - weekly group activities, attraction visits, lunches and other social activities 6 days of the week.

- Rates are for single or double occupancy and subject to taxes. Additional persons $45.00 per week or $15 per day for stays less than 4 days.
Services and amenities included;
- Automatic full cleaning weekly with mid week service Twice per week upon request at no extra charge
- Coffee, tea, condiments upon arrival
- Bathroom amenities upon arrival
- Extra toilet paper, Kleenex and dish detergent as needed.

Enhancements such as daily coffee, newspaper etc may be added to your bill on a weekly basis so they are automatically provided.
Laundry room facilities available from 8:30 am - 8:00pm $4 per load. Includes wash, dry, and detergent.
Deposit Policy for Weekly/ Rate:
To secure your reservation, a deposit of $200.00 for the first week and $100 for every week reserved thereafter to a maximum of $700 is required. For example a 1 week reservation- $200.00 deposit, 2 weeks - $300 deposit, 3 weeks-$400, 6 Weeks-$700.00, 7&8 weeks- $700.00.
Cancellation Policy for the Weekly Rate:
After the 45 day prior to arrival cut off date, $200 is charged for first week canceled and $100 for every week there after up to a maximum of $700
Deposit for week long stays at the daily rate:
$500.00 at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy For for 7 or more nights'
- For all reservations of 7 days or more - A cancellation of 45 days or more prior to the arrival date a processing fee of $30 is applied and the balance of the deposit is refunded.
- For Weekly Rate reservations- After the 45 day cut of period, a fee of $200 is applied for the first week and $100 for each subsequent canceled week.
- For 7 or more nights at the daily rate - After the 45 day cut off period the full $500 deposit is forfeited.
The arrival date always refers to the initial arrival day of the initial reservation.
Deposit/Cancellation Policies
There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy! We endeavor to keep our prices as low as possible without overbooking as is the practice with some institutions. Cancellations cost us lost opportunity and administration costs, which affect all our guests.
